Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You may apply to cancel your order and receive a full refund before in-app virtual goods (coins, hint items or other purchased content) are delivered to your game account.

Once coins, hint items or any virtual goods are successfully delivered and credited to your game account, the order cannot be cancelled. Consumable in-app purchases such as coin packs are non-cancellable upon delivery, even if you have not used the coins.

2. Refund Eligibility

We will accept refund requests only under the following circumstances:

1）Purchased items are not delivered due to our system failure;

2）Unintentional duplicate charges for the same in-app product.

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Coins, hint items or consumable virtual goods that have been used or partially consumed;
• Change of mind after purchase or no longer wishing to play the game;
• Mis-taps, lack of understanding of game mechanics, or purchases made by others on your device due to insufficient account security;
• Issues caused by device incompatibility, network failures or third-party software outside our control.

3. How to Submit a Refund Request

Send an email to service@endlixfalling.com. with the subject: Refund Request.

Please include the following information for our review:  

• Game account used for purchase  
• Purchase receipt screenshot / transaction ID  
• Clear description of the issue and reason for your refund request

Upon receipt of your complete submission, we will acknowledge your request via in-app message or email within 3 business days. We will approve or reject your request based on whether virtual goods have been delivered and whether refund requirements are met. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.

4. Processing of Approved Refunds

Upon approval of your refund, funds will be returned to your original payment method. The actual arrival time depends on your bank or payment service provider and may take up to 30 calendar days. Processing delays caused by financial institutions are beyond our control.

After a successful refund, you will lose access to the corresponding purchased virtual goods. Coins and items linked to this transaction will be removed from your game account.

5. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have been notified that your refund is approved but have not received the funds:

1）Double-check your bank or card statement; some refunds may only appear on your next billing cycle.

2）Contact your bank or payment service provider to verify delays in the fund transfer.

3）If the problem persists, reply to  service@endlixfalling.com. quoting your original request reference number for further investigation.
